I work in Product engineering department for three months, I would like to thank everybody’s teaching, including my colleagues and supervisors Robert & Clowny. My first job was semiconductor manufacture engineer for more 1 year. Mostly I worked in FAB, I had seldom chance to meet a lot of people. So I decided to change my job. As you know, Eink. Being a product engineer is an opportunity which full of challenge. I really enjoy myself here. Not only I have to get straight how to create products, but also I learn to deal with my communication skill and interpersonal relationship. Therefore, I really learn a lot in this company. Such as, I already participate in HMPS project for 1 month. Even though I have a little communication problem with people. I still have faith to overcome it.
Especially, our efficient team, we always discuss and try to resolve problems together which makes me feel sense of belonging. The most special thing in this company. We have Tuesday’s PE training. I can learn many different things. Such as, we have reading club which offer a chance to present our feedback, teaching me how to write patent, some professional knowledge-Laser release. It helps me to increase my working ability.
