研究发现,番茄gf突变体有滞绿的表现,番茄滞绿基因LeSGR1已被克隆并研究了其功能[36],但是SGR基因是如何产生滞绿这一表型的,目前并不清楚。研究表明,植物激素中ABA对植物的衰老有明显的作用,而滞绿基因SGR的超量表达也会引起植物叶片的衰老,那么SGR基因的滞绿原因与ABA合成是否相关,这对探索SGR基因的滞绿机理有重要意义。本文以番茄为实验材料,探寻SGR 基因在衰老调控与ABA 的代谢控制衰老之间的关系。通过对SGR 转基因植株、RanBP3 转基因植株以及对照A57分别进行外源ABA、ABA抑制剂、水喷施处理,然后对不同处理的植株叶片进行ABA含量、ABA相关基因表达量、生理生化指标的检测。
