方法:
回顾性分析2011年11月至2014年12月间，入住吉林大学第一医院PICU中40例符合FM诊断的患儿，对比临床治疗及转归。将应用药物基础治疗的16例FM患儿设为对照组，应用CBP联合药物治疗的24例FM患儿设为实验组。治疗过程中收集以下参数：(1)性别、年龄与病程；(2)比较两组FM患儿临床治疗前后生命体征，心肌酶谱、肌钙蛋白、肌球蛋白、BNP、心电图等变化情况。(3)比较两组FM患儿呼吸机辅助通气时间、住院时间及转归情况等。

Method: Retrospective analysis of November 2011 to December 2014, staying at the first hospital of Jilin University in PICU children with 40 patients with diagnosis of FM, comparative clinical treatment and prognosis. Drug-based treatment of 16 patients with FM will be applied as control group, CBP combined with drug in treatment of 24 patients with FM to the experimental group. Collected in the course of treatment the following parameters: (1) gender, age and course and (2) compare two sets of FM patients vital signs before and after therapy, myocardial enzyme spectrum, troponin, tropomyosin, BNP, ECG changes. (3) compare two sets of FM in children with ventilator-assisted ventilation, hospitalization and outcome, and so on.

The application of basic drugs for treatment of 16 cases of FM patients as control group, the application of CBP combined with drug treatment of 24 cases of children with FM for the experimental group. The collection of the following parameters: (1) during the treatment of gender, age and disease duration; (2) the two groups before and after treatment of FM in children with clinical signs of life, changes of myocardial enzyme, troponin BNP, myosin, electrocardiogram, etc.. (3) compared two groups of children with FM ventilator assisted ventilation time, hospitalization time and prognosis.
