摘要：庄子是一位卓越的思想家、哲学家，其哲学思想的精髓是人生哲学，“逍遥”是人生哲学的核心思想，包含了逍遥自在的精神追求、心虚豁达的人生态度和体道悟道的精神境界。而这种哲学思想是建立在以“齐万物”、“一是非”的认识论与以“道”论为内涵的形而上思想的基础之上的，这种人生哲学能够帮助人们树立正确的人生观，创造宁静的精神世界和培养乐观豁达的生活态度，超越自我，实现人与自然的和谐相处。
