我認為訓練過程中幫助到學員對跑步的興趣和速度上的提昇，至於難題因為每位學員既能力都有差異，所以研究訓練計劃有一定的難度和需要顧及每位學員，避免有些學員受傷，所以才劃分為two team。計劃下一堂訓練內容，以今堂每位學員既時間再作出適當調較。
