海南LNG 液化天然气（LNG）站线项目位于海南省洋浦经济开发区洋浦湾北部神尖角海岸，项目用地全部由填海形成。

场地完成了场地平整及回填土强夯处理，具备一般桩基施工所需的场地要求。


工艺厂区域拟采用端承摩擦桩进行地基处理，桩直径分800mm和1200mm两种。

一般区域拟采用直径800mm的钻孔灌注桩，拟采用旋挖工艺成孔施工。

取水口泵房考虑到取水口箱涵底部设有约2.2m厚的10～100kg抛石基床，拟采用直径1200mm的灌注桩，该部分拟采用全冲击成孔工艺施工。


保证施工高效率的进行，施工组织设计的编制对施工场地平面布置更显合理化，对人力资源、施工用水、用电、施工原材料的组织管理更为细致化。

对工程中可能出现的问题即对施工质量要点进行了分析、预防，提出控制方法。也对可能出现的突发事件进行了预案。

保证施工进度的顺利进行，做出了保证措施，并将工程质量作为工程的首要目的，加强工程质量管理，落实质量管理措施。

在此同时认真贯彻“安全第一，预防为主，综合治理”的安全方针，强化施工安全管理。
