我于2009年7月从西北大学人力资源管理专业本科毕业，、获管理学学士学位，同年8月在西安航天发动机厂参加工作，从事人力资源管理工作至今。
我在工作中主要负责各类人事、劳资报表统计，人力资源管理信息系统，专家管理，外事管理，各类奖项评审管理。
我曾撰写了我厂人力资源开发与管理“十二五”发展规划。参与与北京管理咨询公司的员工职业生涯发展通道项目、绩效考核项目、岗位评价项目工作。
我目前需要学习相关工程管理的课程与知识，在理论的指导下与实践的锤炼中，不断提高自己的管理知识与水平。
