为了改善和解决配电网电能质量和配电可靠性的问题,提高电力调度自动化水平,一方面要采取各种可能的技术手段,抑制配电网电能质量的恶化;另一方面我们还应该在配电网系统中安装一些监测装置,监测配电网中各项电能参数。因为只有准确、及时地监测配电网中的各个指标,然后对其分析后才能找出电能质量和电力调度存在的问题,进而找到处理问题的方法。因此,要对配电网的多个电力参数进行监测。配电网参数监测对于实现配电网电能的自动化调度以及保证配电网安全、可靠运行具有十分重大的意义。
本设计选用的是TMS320LF2407型号的DSP芯片。系统的硬件电路主要包括:三相电压电流互感模块、滤波抗混叠模块、信号放大模块、电压提升模块等几个部分。可测量的电压范围为0V~380V,可测量的电流范围为0A~20A。系统的软件部分主要包括:A/D转换模块、FFT算法模块、定时器模块、数据处理模块等几个部分。本系统主要以数字信号处理技术为基础,利用其谐波分析功能,对配电网的各项参数进行计算和监测。同时采用灵活、准确的数字信号处理程序,使配电网各项参数的监测更符合实时化、数字化的发展趋势。使用快速傅立叶变换(FFT)技术进行谐波分析,得到各次谐波的相角和幅值。通过应用这些数字技术,能比较准确的测出配电网中的各次谐波,进而计算出各种配电网参数的数值,这些参数主要包括:电压有效值、电流有效值、有功功率、无功功率、视在功率、功率因数等。
具体的工作有以下几点:
(1)根据待测的配电网参数,确定测量方法和计算方法,进行整体方案设计。
(2)进行基于LMS320LF2407的系统硬件设计。
(3)进行系统的软件设计编程,然后进行仿真和调试。
