【摘 要】 目的 观察普芦卡必利联合高压氧治疗中老年功能性便秘的临床疗效,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法 352名中老年功能性便秘患者，随机分为治疗组180例和对照组172例，治疗组口服琥珀酸普芦卡必利片1片，并配合高压氧治疗，1次/d；对照组给予乳果糖口服液15ml口服，3次/d，疗程均为12周。记录治疗后24小时内出现完全自发排便(SCBM)人数、每周完全自发排便(SCBM)≥3次人数、便秘症状的改善情况及治疗后患者生活质量评分变化。结果 两组患者经治疗后:治疗组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P
