路线方案结合柳州市，沿途耕地、民居区、道路现状的研究，遵循城市道路设计的设计原则。考虑方便居民的竖曲线设计，坡度纵向不宜过大，并在边界现有建筑物的楼层高度的道路两侧，使得最大斜率纵向达到了1.528％，便于附近的居民和驾驶车辆行驶，最小纵坡为0.464%，以利排水。
