This thesis is divided into five parts: the first chapter based on the new curriculum concept, English teaching situation describes the background of the research, to learn the background of pre thought to several successful educational reform experiment describes the related research status, and the purpose of the research, significance, methods and so on. The second chapter from constructivism, recent development and so on several aspects elaborated the theoretical basis of pre learning, it is concluded that the connotation of pre learning, and explains the possibility of pre learning practice.
