AbstractDue to the importanceオブcitrus lemon oil the industryため、ファストand reliable analytical methodsよりallow the authentication and / or classificationオブsuch oil、using theオリジンオブ生産件or extraction process、アレnecessary . To evaluate the potentialオブvolatile and non-volatile fractions classification purposesため、volatile compoundsオブcold-pressed lemon oils were analyzed、using GC-FID / MS and FT-MIR、while the non-volatile residues were studied、using FT-MIR、1H-NMR and UHPLC-TOF-MS . 64 Lemon oil samples from Argentina、Spain and Italy were considered . Unsupervised and supervised multivariate analyses were sequentially performed on variousデータblocks obtained by the above techniques . Successfulデータtreatments led to statistically significant modelsよりdiscriminated and classified cold-pressed lemon oils according to their geographicオリジン、as well as their生産件processes . Studying the loadings allowed highlightingオブimportant classesオブdiscriminant variablesよりcorresponded to putative or identified chemical functions and compounds。
