1)9个点应该无内部壁的遮挡,但是数值看大都低于4.5。
这个如我司和贵司之前一直沟通的,因为试验素材为原B1样件剩余件,相比较模具件,快速成型件素材按键整体亮度不好调控控且亮度不均、颜色偏暗。因此此处试验如试验前我司所反馈的只为证明亮度差异。而不能作为后续量产件光亮度的参考。量产件我司会调整开关亮度一致,且目标值MAX4.5cd/m2。

2)内壁中和内壁外的光度差异小,是内壁的效果不够显著吗?
这个是因为我司试验设备测试光强时测试定点是没有没有坐标的,指定的测试点是凭视觉手动移位取点的。所以不排除有取点过于靠近内壁而导致光度差异小的原因。另外,我司多次试验发现每次做此项试验取值都不太一致,如我所提供光强报告的中间点,首次提交亮度为6.47,第二次追加9个点时也取了中间点同时试验,但试验结果为亮度5.6。所以得出初步结论为这个试验光亮不可控。。因为测试亮度只为一个点,而不像我们开关字符为区域面光强测试。所得结论只能作为亮度差异的参考。

3)刻印中心和内壁中的光度差异大
中心和内壁中的光度差异大是肯定的。但是我们前提要了解到,如我上述第2点所说,因为测试的只为一个点,所以才会有这么大的差异,如果为区域面光强分析的话差异不会这么大。具体差异多大要根据贵司提供最新(大小2种)字符据后我司做了试验才能给出肯定的答复。
