为保持阶梯形的人才储备，我团于1994年开始与专业艺术学院联合，开办了 “南歌定向学员班”。近期我团又与韩国国民大学签署了人才联合培养计划，形成了从中专到本科及研究生的后备人才发展模式。

To keep the ladder's talent pool, I started in 1994 jointly with the school of professional art, opened the "Southern Song redirect class." I also recently with Korea National University signed a talent training plan, formed from secondary school to undergraduate and graduate students of reserve talent development model.

In order to maintain stepped talent pool, my mission began with professional art Academy in 1994, opened the "Song of the South oriented student class." Recently my group has signed with Kookmin University Talent joint training program, the formation of a reserve of talent development mode from the secondary school to undergraduate and graduate students.
