本文写的是关于一家从事保温杯生产与销售的制造企业。它描述了公司为了进一步提高生产经营和工作效率，规范企业管理，在2012年选择了金蝶K/3软件进行企业信息化建设，第一阶段实施的模块包括实现以参数弹性调整信息化的管理深度、用户自行定义单据、用户自行设计报表，经过一个多月的实施，在双方的共同努力下，项目正式投入了运行。
经过一段时间的使用，该公司的物流部分（采购、销售、仓库），生产还有质量管理都在正常使用，从销售订单，到生产计划的选定及物料需求的运算。在单据报表方面有着很好的显示作用，在一年多时间的运行后，对该公司的的采购、销售、仓库、生产方面的业务运行的更加顺畅，因此此眼镜公司提出了再次实施的要求。
