近几年，大学生就业情况越来越严重，相对于传统的找岗位，通过创业带来的新岗位更加有利于缓解就业难问题。大学生因为社会经验不足、资金缺乏、人际网络有限等因素致使创业步履艰难，如何帮助学生成功创业已成为社会关心的话题。本文通过探究企业孵化器在政策、融资、管理、咨询培训等方面对创业者的影响，发现企业孵化器能够有效改善大学生创业环境，从而提升创业成功率。

In recent years, the employment situation is getting worse, compared to the traditional positions, by pioneering new positions more favourable to alleviate the employment problem. College students because of lack of social experience, factors such as lack of resources, limited network venture with difficulty, how to help students succeed in business has become a topic of concern. This paper explore business incubators in policy, finance, impact management, consulting and training for entrepreneurs, find business incubators can improve environment for students, so as to enhance entrepreneurial success.
