日前，江苏省商务厅公布，江苏省共10家单位被评为“国际服务外包示范区”，泰州数据产业园区入选，这是泰州市首个获得这一称号的园区。

泰州数据产业园区成立两年来，按照“特色化、差异化”发展思路，围绕云计算、物联网以及新一代网络互联技术，着力构建物联网技术应用、高技术服务、软件离岸设计外包、数据备份、医药特色服务外包、北斗信息服务六条特色产业链，吸引了近100个产业项目落户。

下一阶段，该园区将以建设国际服务外包示范区为抓手，进一步提升载体功能和平台支撑功能，通过3年左右的努力，建成“省内一流、国际知名”的服务外包示范区。
