结合之前在别部门的培训经历，回到人力资源部之后，处理事情前总是要求自己多多站在员工的角度去看待事情，而不是草率地按照人力资源部的流程标准。从一开始在心里不断要求自己这么做，到现在和员工沟通时，本能地去感同身受，我认为这是这几个月我自己最大的改变。
