我公司在产品的壁厚检测时在使用超声波测厚仪完毕后还会用其他的量具如卡尺和千分尺等进行验证，且超声波测厚仪在进行测试前都会校准一遍，在使用过程中超声波测厚仪的性能表现很稳定，误差在接受范围之内，测量结果与其他量具检测出来的基本一致，所以一直没有注意到超声波探头与操作手册的建议不一致。
