The first part of this paper is to company and Department Overview of the situation and my internship. Second part describes a number of work-related knowledge, including: AIDC project background, status quo, and AeroMAX-RT system properties. Part III describes the main work of the internship, including: hardware configuration and deployment of software systems, as well as in AIDC message handling system and a monitoring system is designed to work. Part of the article is about the final aspect of practice-project management, by participating in a real project, a deep understanding of project management content.
