摘要:随着制造业的不断发展,各种自动化机械设备应运而生。该类自动化机械设备出于满足不同机器生产工艺动作和工作机理的需要,在机械运动方案设计中常采用一些机构以实现周期性的转位和步进分度工作,及需要带有停歇区间和停歇运动的断续性运动。实现以上运动的机构称之为间隙运动机构。常见的间隙运动机构主要有棘轮机构、槽轮机构、针轮机构、不完全齿轮机构、圆柱分度凸轮机构、弧面分度凸轮机构、凸轮—连杆组合机构、差动链轮机构等。间隙运动机构在自动化及半自动化机中的重要作用,使其具有较高的研究价值。间隙运动机构因其差动特性使其设计研究难度较大,现实生活中,对于它的研究有限。本文以槽轮机构和针轮机构为主要研究对象,对其重点进行设计计算和运动分析方面的研究,致力于揭示其工作特点。
