Τhe respective goods in the contested trademark’s application (teaching apparatus,<br>apparatus for the reproduction of data, printed matter, stationery and educational<br>supplies, paper teaching material, teaching materials, educational and instructional<br>material etc.) are far from identical, not even similar to the goods indicated in<br>all opponent’s prior trademarks (all kinds of adhesive tapes for stationery use,<br>double-sided tapes, packaging tapes, liquid glues, pastes, tags, self-adhesive<br>labels, transparent, labeling appliances, tags used for trademark and hi visibility<br>safety reflective tapes, Copper clad laminate, disk drives, data processing<br>machines, and computers) nor do they apply for the same purpose, since in the<br>case of the applicant the goods clearly refer to printed material (books) and digital<br>products focusing on the educational nature and teaching purpose of these<br>goods, as described in details in the analysis of the Goods under both classes 9 and<br>16 in the applicant’s application, but also as considered due to the nature of the<br>business of the applicant, as described in details in the present document, which<br>includes products and goods of educational nature SOLELY for the English<br>Language Teaching and in no case do the goods mentioned in the application refer<br>to products as the ones described in the opponent’s prior registered trademarks nor<br>the ones shown in Annex 3 of the Opponent’s submissions of 26/11/2019 i.e.<br>adhesive tapes.
