摘 要
中学生体育认知是指中学生看待体育及体育锻炼的方式。中学生体育认知水平直接影响到中学生对体育及体育锻炼的评价,进而影响到其参加体育参与程度。为了更好地了解中学生体育锻炼满意度现状,本文旨在通过对中学生的认知与体育锻炼满意度现状的实际调查与分析,明确影响中学生体育认知及体育锻炼满意度的因素,分析存在的问题,并根据存在的问题提出增进中学生体育认知、提高中学生体育锻炼满意度的具体对策与建议,为体育课程教学提供一定的参考。
本文采用文献法、调查法、统计法,以邵阳市区中学生为调查对象,对影响邵阳市中学生体育锻炼满意度的主观因素:体育需要、体育兴趣、体育动机、体育态度、自身的体育能力;客观因素包括:学校因素、家庭因素、社会因素、其他因素等,进行了深入的调查和研究。目前邵阳市中学生参加体育锻炼仍存在偏低趋势,原因是因为学生对体育锻炼认识不足,态度不端正,认为体育锻炼太辛苦、怕出汗,还有一部分学生觉得学习压力过重,没时间参加体育锻炼;一部分家长认为体育学好学坏无所谓,不应该在体育锻炼上浪费时间;学校体育教师因素主要有教师业务水平不高、教学方法不科学不新颖,学校领导对体育的不够重视,学校的体育器材和场地等客观因素仍然制约着学生参加体育锻炼。
