不知不觉中，大三上学期就已经接近尾声。作为院会的部长，承担起了学院学生工作的主力军，并且还得带领14级去熟悉自己部门的工作，这份责任很沉重，但从某种程度来说，又是充满快乐和满足的工作。由于环境改变，心态和思想在开学初发生了很大波动，对工作有一些懈怠，导致工作出现了很大问题，虽然其后对自己和部门工作进行了调整，但是由于积累了很大的惯性，在工作上仍然出现了很多问题。对自己来说，这是一个很大的遗憾和失败。但在本学期最后的工作中，我还会积极调整自己，有效完成本学期的工作。
在本学期的工作中，尽管存在很多失误，但仍然得到很东西。在机械文化节的组织举办中，尤其是相声小品大赛，从各位学生干部那学到了很多东西，有耐心、细心、责任心等。作为举办活动的主力，通过参加活动加强了对自己的工作的认识和了解。同时，在活动举办中也发现了很多问题，这都将为我们下一步活动开展积累了相关经验，也深化了对责任的认识。
总结本学期部门工作，首先，在院刊方面，尽管上学期已经积累了相关经验，再制作过程应当变得轻车熟路了许多。不过由于缺乏一些时间的管理和主次重要性的认识，导致期刊工作开展地比较晚。本期期刊以足迹作为主题，但在前文的立足点上存在了很多问题，一直觉得有点缺乏侧重点，没有特色。另外，在封面选择上，由于条理不清晰，使封面将期刊的整体进度拖延下来了。不过，整体来说，从排版和格式方面还是有较大进步的。
在新闻稿方面，不再过于追求三段式的结构，阐述内容也丰满了许多。对于一些重大的科技比赛，报道方式向一些新闻网站上的专业报道靠近。不过仍然存在一些问题，有的新闻稿层次的提升有些牵强，脱离实际，过分夸大了，并且着眼点也有些问题。在照片方面，照片角度和灯光也有比较大的问题。同时在发布方面，有些拖沓，发布不及时，使新闻稿缺少里及时性，并且缺失了较多新闻稿，不过，我相信，在大家的努力下，我们会取得取得新的进步。
在信息部工作中，一个很重要的问题就是对2014级信息部的培养，以前由于校区的限制，不能经常碰头，主要采用QQ联系的方式进行沟通。搬过来后，实现了例会交流，一般在周日晚上8：00左右，地点比较随意，内容也随意了很多，一方面会先说明工作，随后，大家也会相互反应一下自己的心理情况和烦恼，相较于同事，更多像朋友重点。虽然他们在一些看似有些笨的问题上会犯错，并且缺乏细心，不过他们会把他们遇到的各个问题跟我们交流，看着他们新闻稿一点点有点起色，问题慢慢解决还是挺满足的，这种快乐是不能名状的。现在写完新闻稿够，都会发到讨论组里面，大家一起讨论完后再发布，这样在尽量保证新闻稿质量的同时，大家都有所收获。另一方面，工作中很大的遗憾就是工作局限于信息部，与其他部门大二的学生干部交流较少，很多都叫不上名字 下一步我会在这方面进行加强。
