摘要：随着我国城市化进程的加剧和城乡二元化经济结构的形成，越来越多的农村剩余劳动力涌入城市，农村随之出现了一个庞大的未成年人群体——留守儿童。由于缺乏有效监管和关爱，留守儿童心理障碍日益凸显。文章试从留守儿童家庭教育缺乏、学校管理不够完善和社会支持欠缺等方面对留守儿童心理障碍成因进行分析，并提出了对策。

Abstract: with increasing urbanization and the formation of urban-rural dualistic economic structure, more and more surplus rural labor into cities, rural areas follow a large group of minors--left-behind children. Due to the lack of effective supervision and care, increasingly left-behind children's mental disorders.
